When we make the offer of a room to you and you accept and we confirm
your booking, we always ask you for your card details to secure
We do not debit your card but in passing over your card details
you are making a legally binding contract with us. We have a four
week cancellation policy which means that if you cancel your booking
within this time we have the right to make a full charge for all
our losses, in your absence, to your card.
We will obviously make every effort to re-let the room and if we
are successful we will only charge you for any revenue we have lost.
If we unsuccessful at re-letting the room then we will debit your
card for the full amount minus £10 per night to cover the
food and laundry that has not been consumed or used by you.
